Cheap Insurance for Cheap Service

I currently have a claim pending for an iPhone5 and Samsung Note 2. King Price has chosen to use TT3 reapirs to repair both phones. My concern is that no company including an iStore is sccredited to repair iPhones in South Africa (hence the phone needs to be replaced) and further once the Samsung is handled by a non accredited repairer the Samsung falls away. Tumelo assured me on a recorded lline that TT3 was Samsung and iPhone accredited. After contacting both Samsung and iPhone I find that TT3 is not accredited, after informing King Price Justin tells me that King Price can use a repairer of their choice. How does this put me in the same or similar situation as I was in as the phones have now lost all credibility from the manufacturer. It has been nothing but a nightmare waiting days on end for my emails and phones calls to be returned. Now I know how King Price can be so cheap... coz they use cheap companies to fix thier claims. A wise man once said " If you pay peanuts you can expect to deal with monkeys" After contacting Wynand I was told that my finace wouldneed to come to their offices for a meeting. After all communication was don with myself they refuse to speak to me.
