DONT GO FOR CHEAP INSURANCE

I submitted a cell phone claim in December, insurance would collect damaged phone and never did. I was without a phone since 15/12/2012 up until yesterday when my phone was eventually replaced with a 2nd hand phone. How disgraceful when I am in the exact same industry and knows how Insurance Claims work. I was given the run around for almost 2 months. I believe now the saying that when you chose cheap you receive cheap. I am seriously looking for anotehr insurance as I am tired and have no more fight left. I paid my excess this morning, whereas I could have easily not pay, but I am at the point where I am no longer intrested.
