YOU PAY CHEAP, YOU GET CHEAP SERVICE (KING PRICE)

Minor vehicle accident 26th September, 2013. Inefficient service rendered for my Claim. I have had to do most of the calling to follow up on progress. As we did not use "King Prices Panel of Towers" on the evening of the accident, we have been told we are liable for a R2250 towing fee!!! It is now 7 days down the road and the vehicle has still not been assessed by KP's Assessor or been uplifted for repairs... I received excuses from KP iro of them perhaps not being able to get spares for my vehicle (Renault), due to the strike. I checked up personally with Renault outlet and all the spares required for my repairs are readily available!!!

Old adage - you pay cheap, you get cheap service... I will certainly be changing my Vehicle Insurance Company shortly!!! King Price should spend less on their Advertising and more on giving the Client better service!
