Stay Far Away from Outsurance

I wrote a report on 13 June '13 &... yes... they called back and that was it. Nothing is settled yet... no appointment with the legal dept as requested... NO clarity as to why the claim was settled against my policy & not that of the guilty party!! And I've been paying an increased premium because of that for 4 months now!! My car went in again to the same panelbeater AND is still not properly fixed - I've got to go back a 3rd time!!! NEED INSURANCE??...NEVER CONSIDER OUTSURANCE!!
