My email to you today is about my experience at key west branch on Saturday the 03/8/2013 with Boitumelo Mashuloane as the person who assisted me.
I did a card replacement at the provided name of teller and 3 months bank statements the card was replaced no problem When it came to the statement the lady Boitumelo Mashuloane said the system is offline and they are trying to get hold of the IT to solve the problem she could not assist me anymore (even though the people could still get statements from the self help service)

I went to krugersdorp Standard bank and then again queuing a long line of people hens the reason i woke up early to avoid this lines of people The lady at the key west branch phoned me back to say the system is back on line and she is printing my statements i can just collect it from her So i left the line at Krugersdorp standard bank to go BACK to key west standard bank as i was 5 min away she contacted me again to say she has not printed my statements - because the system is now off line again
THE MANAGER DID PHONE ME JUST TO SAY SHE NEVER HAS PROBLEMS WITH THIS EMPLOYEE SHE IS SORRY
