CREDIT LIFE POLICY

For the past few year's we have had a R2.00 debit order going off our bank account for AMet - i have since found out that this is a credit life policy - number 60011290022014 for a credit life policy dating back to Volkskas bank days! They are not able to supply me with any more details but we have since paid a fortune in banking charges as we have to pay huge debit order fees for R2.00! We have absolutely no paperwork for this policy and normally the fees for acredit life policiies are included in what ever financing you have? We could be paying for something that we have no longer got financing on and in the meantime we are making the bank rich in banking charges - please can someone assist and give us details on this as surely somewhere someone must have more information?
