Outsurance - Incompetent and Pathetic

My car was badly damaged Nov '12. Heavy glass beams swung from passing bakkie & hit my car. Outsurance said no problem, guilty party's policy is with them as well - will make things much easier! Haahaa - surprise!! Car was sent to Queenswood pnlbeater for 5 weeks - what a disaster; didn't finish my car and caused additional damage. Many promises & 8 mnths later car is still not fixed. Upon phoning Outsurance they said it's problem between me & pnlbeater; they can't do anything!! On request to use different pnlbeater they refused. Then... 2 mnths ago my premium suddenly increased. When queried, I was informed that the full claim went down against my policy & not that of the guilty party as agreed... WHAT the heck... have they lost it??? Now, I must phone the legal dept, make an appointment, take time off to go there & hope to find an answer which makes sense... this is beyond any words!!!
