Once again I receive outstanding service from Mr Denver Bester from the Benefit Admin department at Metropolitan Life. He recently assisted my aunt and I with retiring from her Retirement Annuity. After getting conflicting information from both the contact centre and even worse from the Port Elizabeth Walk In branch, this gentleman will just give you information that is so easy to understand and follow. You just know what is needed from you and all turnaround times communicated to you just after speaking to him once. He ensures that you fully understand in layman's terms and doesn't get tired of assisting and explaining. He keeps you informed of the different stages of the process and most importantly communicates receipt of everything you send him. People who give customer service as good as this gentleman are very few and far between in this day and age, almost nonexistent.
