Who has my money?

I have a personal provident fund I took out with Metropolitan Life, this morning I called them to find out why they are deducting my monthly premiums. I got through to Momentum and they told me that they don't have my details and that Metropolitan did not give them all the books for their clients and I should call Metropolitan. I asked the lady for the number and she said she doesn't have it.

Now I'm in a limbo... I don't know what happened to the rest of my contributions. This is when I'm quitting but I want my money first. I find this very irresponsible especially when you're dealing with people's hard earned money. People entrust you with their money and you just don't care what happens to it. I'm livid right not.
