Terribly unfriendly and unethical company

I have far too many bad things to say about Santam, in essence the minute you want to start a claims process they develop a mightier than though attitude. When you complain to 'senior' management they blatantly about who management is, they then for each other and so it went on. My experience was shocking! I subsequently cancelled due to the shocking attitude and even got shocking attitude from the person cancelling the policy. I am proudly back with Outsurance and will never ever recommend a company with such stinking values as Santam.
