I wanted to get bank statements on my current account from May 2013 on my internet profile. Can only go so far back as 1 June 2013. Contacted the call centre for assistance. Could not help me, was advised to go into the bank and get a statement. Is this a new money making scheme? I told her why must I go into a branch and pay a fortune, not acceptable. I was then advised to send an email to [Email Removed] to get assistance. Serioulsy the most pathetic service. We will definetelty be moving banks. I had enough of bad service now.
