Business account removed from internet banking

FNB has removed my business account from my internet banking profile.

It was linked to my profile for over 3 years and I constantly banked via internet banking.

Suddenly they removed it reasoning that there was no authorisation. To restore it they demand me coming to the branch (70km to town). This is totally unacceptable, as I dont have access to my own business account!

I cannot come to the branch as it clearly is a mistake on the banks part. Who is going to compensate for the travel and time?

There exists no understanding and consideration from the banking staff at the branch with whom I have communicated via email.
