How are you still in business??

On the 4th of January, I sent an email to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] kindly requesting someone to get back to me with regards to my personal loan statements, as you never send me anything and just take money, keeping me in the dark. It has been over 6 months since I received any communication from you, and I wanted someone to tell me what is going on with this account. I also requested that you email me these statements, as the year is 2013. But no one got back to me. No one. I would like to iterate why I laughed in the branch managers face when he asked me why I was closing my bank accounts with you. Horrible. Get your act straight and let me know what is going on with this account. As to my records, last payment should be now in June, yet I am kept in the dark as to what is owed. CONTACT ME!!!
