Why wont they pay up???

Had an accident in April 2013 where 1 of their customers drove into me. They fetched my vehicle for assesment, they never contacted me to keep me in the loop. I always have to phone them (using my airtime) They returned the vehicle after I asked them to. After a whole lot of me phoning them, including having to get witness accounts and statements, finally in July when Iphoned they said they would pay me out.30 minutes later they called to say their client refutes my claims and they will now not be paying me!!! Since then Ive been having to borrow and hire transport because I need to get around. We are now at the stage where I once again have to refax all the docs which i have alrady sent to them on 2 previous times! How the heck is this company still in business when they BS PPL LIKE THIS... they are messing me around!!!
