My vehicle was in an accident. Auto and General being my insurer sent my vehicle to an authorized repairer who botched the repair 3 times. I have had to chase the repairer on my own to get the issues sorted out. I logged a complaint with Auto and General with no response from them for about a week. Logged a request for a quote and got a response in 10 minutes. I eventually managed to get a hold of someone and get Auto and General to send an assessor to view my vehicle. The person now does not respond to my calls or emails. So much for client service.
