Enough with the Excuses!

Our stationery vehicle was damaged in a accident involving one of Miway clients. For over a month they have given us the run around (in our opinion) - finally claiming that their client was 'stationery' at the robot when the accident occurred. As this is impossible given that their client connected a vehicle coming in the opposite direction so hard that the vehicle spun around and crashed into our vehicle that was parked - and then proceeded to stop on the opposite side of the road! They twisted the witnesses words around and stated that she said their client was 'idling' when in fact the witness clearly said that their client went through a red robot and by 'idling' she meant 'cruising along with no intention of stopping'. Despite the evidence, they cannot see how ludicrous their excuses for not paying are. At no stage have they sent some-one out to verify what happened - instead they have undermined our intelligence with their excuses. If some-one from Miway can prove how a STATIONERY vehicle can collide with a car coming in the opposite direction causing it to crash into another vehicle I would be most grateful - if not... Its time to pay up!!! (NB: We are not their client)
