I had an accident on 16 April 2013. I had to arrange my own tow in of my vehicle after Regent said I will have to wait until 8:00! My vehicle was towed to Rand Auto, Fochville, where I received a quote the following morning, sent my claim form to Trustco to send to Regent, I did receive confirmation. Monday I got contacted by a Regent agent, my vehicle was to be removed as Regent didn't deal with Rand Auto. I didn't want my vehicle, trust Rand Auto. The agent would have contacted me back with why it can't be done by Rand Auto. Following morning, I phoned to follow up and asked to be called back, heard nothing, phoned Regent 4 times only once could I speak to an agent who couldn't find my details. Later that afternoon Rand Auto said that Reef collected my vehicle they can't keep it there. I didn't give permission! Contacted Reef 23 April to confirm that my vehicle is there. After receiving the quote more than the first quote. They contacted
me the 24 April and confirmed that the assessor has assessed my vehicle and are waiting for Regent. I compared the items on the quote and realised that Reef didn't quote on on an Intercooler nd Rand Auto did. Sorry he missed the it.???
