INSURANCE FAILED ME

I was insured by Quicksure insurance, covering my vehicle for comprehensive cover. Paid all my premiums in time and i was up to date. They sold me an insurance policy knowing that I live in Mpumalanga and they dont have any associates in Mpumalanga. When you have a claim they take time to reply, they communicate via e-mail not also on time, their call centre is always busy (difficult to get immediate help).
Their policy is unfair to the client, they have unfair policies that put your vehicle at risk. the policy doesnot look at the client's needs, they made their policies in such a way that they look for loopholes before they assist you.
they take longer to make their decision on your claim. I was involved in an accident on the 17 June '13, I reported the matter on the 18th June since they donot have user friendly system open 24 hours. My claim was registered on the 18th June as I submitted all neccessary and i waited for their responce and they never took an initiative to contact me. They never contacted me first.
They replied on the 24 July via e-mail, telling that they wont pay the claim. they took my car to JHB and they i must pay for the storage fees and fetch it at my cost.
