I was in an accident with my vehicle on June 19 2013. I immediately submitted a claim. I could only take the vehicle in on Thursday June 27 as this was the first date they had available to look at the vehicle. On Monday July 1 I phoned to inquire about the progress of the claim and the lady promised that I will have a response by the next day or the Tuesday at the latest. It is now Friday and today I cannot get hold of the claims department. They promise to phone me back, but nothing happens. I need to use my vehicle, but at this rate I dont know how long it will take to get it fixed.
Ironically, when I request a call-back for a quote they phone me back within minutes.
