Insurance Claim Handled Brilliantly

Woke up one morning to a burst geyser. This was not a happy morning. I must be honest and say I hadn't gone through the home insurance we got from Nedbank and as such was about to pay for it. On a whim I read through the policy and discovered this was covered.
I settled in for the long haul on the claim... this was not to be...
Friendly, knowledgeable guy on the line. Got some quotes - sent them through and Bobs your uncle.
