POOR, POOR or rather NO SERVICE

Can the ABSA hierarchy please do something about the VERY poor service at the Citrusdal branch. Numerous complaints have had no effect. The banking hall is full with clients and the tellers close their cubicles to attend to other matters - can one believe it! General service not at all close to being acceptable. The manager/administrator seems not to be concerned at all!
