Worst bank ever to bank with!!!

I cancelled my credit card in March 2013, the lady at the counter even went as far as to cut it up, and moved all my business to another service provider. As usual due to incompetent untrained staff with no pride in their job, I get a call today stating that I am in arrears with my credit card. WHAT CREDIT CARD!!! You are messing my credit rating up and after four calls and four different people maybe I will get answers on HP. I need this fixed asap as I am busy buying a vehicle and if the finance gets rejected due to your incompetency I will for sure report you to the National Consumer Commission. Really, this is the reason for moving my business in the first place with you guys!! I have had one bad experience after the other but this is now it!! Make this happen!!
