Capatalising of loan amount changes

I have a loan with absa, I want to capatalise it. At the end of last year I enquired about the closing amount and it was in the R32000 margin. Today I wanted to close this loan and went in to do so, but was told that the new closing amount was R35000. I feel this is poor service and unless this poor example of service delievery isn't resolved I will be switching banks within the year, to a bank that sticks to what they say. I was hoping to finally end this loan today. Please help me, it would be unfortunate to change banks after more than 10 years with an account with absa. But I can't stay with a bank that offers poor service. I want to pay the amount of R32000 minus deductions of the capital amount over the last 2 months. I would have liked to pay this off before it comes off my account tomorrow. Poor poor poor service from absa bank!
