Judgement on my bond account

In 2010 my bond account account was handed over and i made arrangement with nedbank for restructuring then i start paying, i even add up couple hundreds on top of agreed amount, to my surprise my name was still blacklisted then i ask nedbank first person said i must send details then they will sort it out, other one said my name is going to stay there until i finished the bond .what i want to know is the judgement and restructuring how can they go concurrently. It is not the first time addressing this matter with nedbank but they cant solved it and im the one who is suffering. Other thing is the judgement is no longer with the first attorneys, they hand it over to other attorneys Nedbank is not even aware, and me ihave done my investigation to find out that judgement is no longer with the first attorneys please nedbank lets come together and slove this problem.
