Bond transfer a living!

We applied a bond almost 4 months back, the estate agency appointed attorneys to handle the transfer of the bond. We paid all funds in full to both the transferring and registering attorneys. Two weeks back we were told that the bond was delayed because the sellers new bond, ust another delay trick and how is that any of our business no clause were given on the offer to purchase. On the 25th Jan we were told it has been lodged and will take - 10 working days... today 04.02.2013 i am being told it hasn't been lodged because the cancellation attorneys never lodged they docs. 1 week no one followed up, what kind of instituation is this, to be treated like a file and when payment had to be made it was made within no time now we getting all this unclear stories from all these different people you have to speak to the whole time. Just took away the excitement of moving into our new house. They lie, lie, and more. I have all emails on system from them actually given confirmation of this.
