GARNISH ORDER

I would like to complain and the bad service I received from De Beer and De Klerk Attorneys. In 2004 I made a loan in the amount of R1400.00. After moving to Johannesburg I changed my details with the relevant loan company in Parow. No deductions were made on my account. After 7 years I found out on my payslip I have a garnish order against my name. After trying to contact De Beer and De Klerk no-one is responding to my calls or emails. You simply cannot get trhrought to them. I spoke to someone last year in February 2012 who promised to mail me the oustanding amount that I have to pay, to day no response. I am paying now for over a year a loan of R1400.00. When will this stop. Every month R360.00 is deducted from my wages. I received no emails or post on the status of the account. Can someone please help me or advise me on how to handle this matter urgently. Their service is just poor, and defnitely not professionals for a bunch that call themselves Attorneys. Its because of attorneys like this that we loose our faith in the law and other attorneys.
