FNB 'How can we rip you off!!! '

I am totally and utterly disgusted in FNB. My wife and I have a homeloan with FNB. We have paid more than the installment. In January we applied to draw from the prepaid amount, no problem. 2 weeks agao, we applied again to draw from the prepaid. To my surprise it was declined. FNB came back saying that I have a personal loan dating 6 years back which was never paid. It was very fnny to me that this we be an issue as I was requesting money I overpaid on my bind to be paid back to me. Furthermore, the personal loan in question to my knowledge should have been settled 6 years ago when I applied for the insurance to settle after I lost my job. Funny enough my wife and I applied for both our loans to be settled on the very same day, hers was settled and mine was not. In the past 6 years I have never been contacted by FNB or their lawyers to advise that I am owing money, nor a phone call. And my details have never changed. I find it absolutely unacceptable, that 6 years down the linethey want me to back over R12000.00 for a R5000 outstanding balance that should have been settled. Furthermore I can not understand that why it suddenly creeps up when i ask for MY money back.
