Claim feedback

Disappointed at Outsurance no feedback from advisor. I had forwarded all required documentation to Outsurance yet when i call to enquire of the progress; i am told that 2 x docs are outstanding. I argued that it was all received by the outsurance advisor and receipt of such acknowledged.

I am calling for feedback instead of the advisor calling me.

no return calls, updates or feedback on my claim. Yes i am desperate as i am without A vehicle and i kindly request for a speedy and efficient service please.
