I must say that where credit is due it is due, The assistance of Mr. Ernest Nash Ramatiti and the other management team at OUTsurance is to say the least a wonderful surprise, they have been in constant contact with me and the panel beater and have amicably addressed the situation which was caused due to the Poor Service received from the claims department and the Nominated Panel Beater.
The fact is that my vehicle has taken 6 weeks to be sorted out (it is still to be assessed by the OEM) but without the assistance of OUTsurance Management I believe my vehicle would still have been waiting for the repairs to be carried out, WELL DONE.

I am still contemplating cancelling my Insurance with OUTsurance but after the excellent service from Mr Ramatiti I am in two minds and feel that I should give them another chance.
