No settlement letter and been listed on ITC

I finished paying up my Maravedi loan in June 2012. Last year I requested a settlement letter from Maravedi. Never received it. I have also been listed on ITC and it states that I still owe Maravedi money.

When I phoned Maravedi last year they did confirm that I repaid all monies owed to them. And that they will update ITC. it still has not happened
