Default on ITC whilst having a policy in place

I have a Credit Life Policy in place for a personal loan I have applied for in May 2010. I was retrenched and immediately faxed and emailed my rettrenchment documents to Maravedi but they have handed my account over and I am being harrassed for payment eversince with an attitude that I have to get out and find work to pay my loan. I have a default judgement against my name at ITC and this will probably also be on every credit reference available and I want this removed, They have place Tracer details against my name as well and after several complaints they removed that but the default remained unfairly against me and I am not the only person this is happening to with Maravedi in the driver seat. I find it ridiculous to be told to get out and find work to pay my loan whilst I have a policy in place for the unforeseen. I am still not employed due to bad health issues which doesn't concern Maravedi but they absolutely insist on me getting out to find work to pay my loan? I want this default removed from my name with immediate effect as I have had enough of their verbal abuse and I want to know the value of this policy which I had to take from Maravedi to cover me for the unforeseen.
