Harrasing me for a paid up account

I have been receiving emails & sms from MBD regarding my woolworths account for a balance of R11000 approx. This account was paid up Last year, at which point it was with Maravedi credit solutions so I had paid through them. Im not sure how these legal entities between themselves with the buying and selling of debt as it was with MBD before maravedi. Can someone please liase with maravedi & get this sorted.
