Level of imcompetency is shocking!!!

It seems the only way to get some sort of response from Maravedi or JDG financial solutions is to lay a complaint on such a platform, so here I am. I have been trying to call your call centre for the past week trying to get my balance regarding my Maravedi loan. I was given a number to call which I have, and all have dealt with was a high number of call centre agents who all say don't deal with Maravedi loans. They all said they were going to transfer my call to the relevant person but instead all I got was my call being cut of. The service you people provide is shocking and I don't understand how you stay in business. I am highly dissatisfied!!!
