Maravedi refuses to give me a settlement lette

I have officially had the worst service in my life. i settled my maravedi loan almost 1 year ago, yet Maravedi refuses to give me a settlement letter. I called them and i want advised to call the JD who transfered me to 10 different agents literally.
I believe that Maravedi are in breach of the NCA requirements and i will be seeking further action on this.
I have the right as a consumer to receive a paid up letter when my i account is paid up NOT WHEN I EVENTUALLY REQUEST ONE A YEAR LATER BE ADVISED THAT THERE IS A IMPENDING DISPUTE THAT I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT!!!
