Settlement Lette

I have been trying to get a settlement letter from Maravedi since end of June 2013 on a Clicks credit card I use to have. When I phone the call centre I get transferred from one person to another - Either they cannot find my details on their system or they promise to forward me the letter, but up to date I have not received anything!
