Policy Refund

In May last year I asked for a short term insurance quote form discovery insure, I dint agree on the policy as the quote was well above the amount I was paying at that time with my current insurer. A year down the line and with an even cheaper insurer Miway I happen to find a debit from my account of R1052. I queried it with my broker and they said they were debiting my account for the last year. Now I have since recieved a refund of R5257, which is half of what they owe me, and its there policy to only pay half, now i would agree on the half refund had i originally agreed on the policy, which I NEVER... I have taken this up with the Ombudsman and I would like the rest of my money returned to me...
