Being harassed to pay TV licence that I do not hav

Have received harassing sms's from NuDebt, alleging that I owe R7236.30 in arrears on SABC TV licence fees, Ref. 153539390..
I have never owned a TV and never had a TV license.
If this harassment does not stop, I will make a case against Nudebt at the consumer complaints commission.
