It was on the 23rd of July that I logged a Hello Peter re wating my time telling me that there was a card ready for collection - see your records. Rezona replied that someone would contact me within 52 hours. Well that ship has sailed!! Dont just brush off Hello Peter complaints with a "we will contact you - and then you dont". AND GUESS WHAT - I GOT THE SAME SMS THIS MORNING ONCE AGAIN TELLING ME THAT THERE IS A CARD READY FOR COLLECTION. NOW GET YOUR ACT IN GEAR AND SORT THIS OUT. DONT YOU DARE EVEN WRITE BACK SAYING SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME IN 52 HOURS.
