I have send a mail to the consumer advocate on the 30th November 2012 and up untlik today I still haven't received any feedback regarding my query or a refund for banking fees for a debit order that came back because they debit on the wrong day
When I took out my loan for R5500.00 I specifically asked the consultant if I pay the full amount back in December, would it be interest free, she confirmed that it would be so, then I phoned the customer care line on the 23rd November, only to find out that they took my debit order on the 23rd of November, so now I am sitting with over the R200.00 bank fees as well, I am not a happy customer at this moment, and it was so easy and hassle free to take a loan from you, but now I don't know if I would ever like to put myself trough this drama again.

I'm not happy at all
