Double debits

I was debited an amount of R803 on the 25th of November 2013. I couldn't understand why the amount was different from the amount of R802 I'm always debited with, but well, I kept quite. On the 30th of November, another debit order went off for R802. @ 1st I thought maybe I'm getting debited for December but wondered why I was not notified. I went into the branch in Protea gardens on the 1st of December & was given a number to call. Called the number & thy promised a refund. I was refunded on da 3rd. To my shock, I get another sms 2day stating that "The debit order to repay your FNB loan of R668.39 was unpaid on 4/12/13.Your bank acc has already been charged penalty fees. Call 0113712024 for help". I really don't understand what is going on. I have always trusted FNB 2 be a good bank. Is my salary safe or will I just get debited anytime when you feel like. Pls sort this out, I am not rich where I jst find money debited 4 the fun of it
