I was never notified that my credit card was ready for collection. I had to contact the branch to confirm. I was told teleponicaly that I won't have to stand in line when I collected my credit card. When I got there I had to stand in a queue that was literally one meter away from being out the door. My phone rang and I answered, did not think it would be a problem with one foot out the door when minimal stock of fast selling devices kept but no stock issues reported Mangeng grabbed my by my arm and rolled her eyes at me. I don't feel it is provisional for their staff touching customers and being rude.

When I eventually got to the front of the line Mrs van Schalwyk asked me who told me my card was ready for collection and that was not there. I told her that I phoned to enquir another branch that told me it was ready. She then sarcastically replied that this is not the the branch I contacted. I collected my credit card but it could not be activated because she could not log on to her system to have this done
