Good day, I called yesterday to request for three things but became I mentioned repudiation letter Ryan was so quick to transfer me the to claims. I even repeated myself as to what im looking for. I went through to switchboardand spoke to Ayesha which I was on hold for 20 minutes and had to hang up because my airtime was finished. I need my policy schedule, ncb letter and cxd letter or repudiation letter please as a matter if urgency.i called again this morning and was on hold again
