Settlement Lette

Its been a week that I've been sent from pillar to post. My account is paid up via MBD Attorneys and still I want for the settlement letter. Just spoke to Thandekile who said i'll receive my letter in 48 "working hours"... really? I spoke to Dikeledi on Fri who transferred my call to Nonhlanhla from MBD who assured me I'd receive my letter today. Still nothing today, so I called MBD back and spoke to Joyce who was not helpful.

Who is responsible for issuing me with the settlement letter. Will I get the letter?

After a week and countless calls between MBD and Edgars still I wait.
