FIRSTLY STANDARD BANK IS REFUSING TO PAY FOR A CLAIM THAT CAUSED DAMAGES TO MY PROPERTY (THE BUILDING) AND CANNOT REFER ME TO THE CLAUSE WHERE IS STATES WHY THEY NOT PAYING. I HAVE REQUESTED A LETTER OF REPUDIATION. LAST WEEK FROM MICHELLE WHICH I WAS PROMISED TO GET. CONTACTED RONEL WHO SUPPOSEDLY THE SUPERVISOR WHO IS JUST AS PATHETIC AS HER STAFF THAT CANT SEND A SIMPLE LETTER. WHEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF ANYONE IT IS A MISSION. STANDARD SHOULD REALLY LOOK AT THEIR STAFF THAT THEY HAVE WORKING FOR THEM. DOES IT TAKE A WEEK TO GET A LETTER??? THEY COULDN'T INFORM ME WHAT WAS HAPPENING ON THIS CLAIM THAT'S HOW PATHETIC THEY ARE.
