Standard bank keep on phoning me for outstanding funds. I've never been and will never be a customer of Standard Bank. Everytime these phone me, I ask them to please correct their info, but nothing as yet. I actually received e-mails that they confirm they will change it, but after 4 months I still get 2-3 times a week calls regarding "my" account. I dont call people easily, but if you cannot fix the problem after I told you at least 20 times to do so and you still ask me afterwards if you can introduce me to Standard Bank customer service, you are actually implying I am an to think you will deliver.
