Congrats Santam, you actually surprised me by giving the worst service i have ever received!
I submitted my car claim on 25 May 2013 and today is the 25 July 2013 and still my claim is only half settled. I understand if your accessor had to go to hospital but 2 motnhs is ridicilous! Your service has always been great and i never had any probs with my 1 claim the last 12 years. This is my second claim and the response is terrible. Everyone I talk to is passing the buck and nobody can give me an answer or status on the claim. nobody has a clue! I called the accessor many a times with no answer and msg's left. Many emails and phone calls to no avail.
To anybody reading this please avoid dealing with santam, they are a piece of company and doesn't deserve sand in the sahara.
