Clear my Credit Profile

Dear Standard Bank,

I'm querying the following two accounts:

1. Standard Bank 40147568 Revolving Credit - 40147568
2. Standard Bank Credit Card - 0000000004931

These accounts is still reflect as 'active' and have arrears amount still outstanding on all credit bureau to date.
the problem i have is, I settled these account in full and due to this my credit records are still in a negative status.

I just requesting that Standard Bank will update these accounts on ALL Credit Bureau's as Paid-up/Closed with a zero balances outstanding.
