I received a call from a call centre agent @ FNB home loans, i didnt get her name buts she foned me @ 11:14 am this morning. She was rude to telling me that i have to fax a form as i am unable to pay for my bond. This lady said to me why am i still staying at that house if cant afford it, she also told me that what kind of a person am I when i cant even afford to fax a form, I advised her that i was unemployed and that i dont have money to fax the form. She told me that i was useless because i dont even have R20 in my wallet. What kind of services is this? why dont you train your agents to speak professionally with your customers, it doesnt mean that because i am unemployed she can raise her voice with me. I am very unhappy with the services that i received from you bank
