Good day, I took my first mortgate bond with FNB and it was settled within no time, I then took a second bond, that's where all trouble started. I went to FNB Homeloans department in Newtown, Diagonal Street to make a payment arrangement as I couldn't no longer afford the amount that was initially agreed upon. I met with Bonagele Khuzwayo and his junior colleague. Bonagele's behavior was not receptive and accommodating to my situation and he further recorded our conversations without notifying me, I was only aware of it when he switched off his phone, I believe my rights were violated. Further I was not assisted with my query. Since I didn't receive any assistance from FNB I continued paying what I could afford and this was due to me being unemployed. Subsequent to this I received a summons from an Individual from Ekurhuleni Metropolice informing me that he's now the owner of my house. I'm now told by this individual that I need to vacate my property within a week. I was never contacted by the bank after my meeting with Bonagele or received any form of notification. I would like FNB to attend to this URGENTLY as my rights have been violated. If I die it would be a bullet of FNB, Tx
