Wrong deductions, Poor customer service!!!

I had 2 loans with the bank and i went into the bank for the settlement figure. the lady printed them out for me and i went across the road to settle the loans from Stnadard Bzank account. the monday after that i got a call from the bank saying i owe R380 for my loan as i under paid. i told them the events that happened and they must investigate before i pay anything.

on the same day R140 was debitted out of my account without any communication. now again on 24/04 they debit R440 out of my account then reveresed R57 because they had over charged me. if you do the maths this is still R200 more than what they said i owed them initially.

when you call the call center the agent cant seem to help and explain and says all she can see is the transactions but cant explain what happened and why it happened and i must go back to the branch and ask them the questions.

this is the second time this has happened whereby capitec goes into my bank account, do as they please and then just say sorry! i have had it with their incompetancy and terible service. i will go back to the branch but it will be to close my account.
